Zoe Ding is a seasoned risk and governance professional with more than 20 years of international experience across the healthcare and insurance sectors.
She has worked in public, private, and not-for-profit organisations across Australia, the UK, and Asia, including in systems supporting people with disability.
Zoe joined the Waverley Board driven by a desire to give back and make a meaningful difference in the community. She’s passionate about bringing out the best in individuals, teams, and organisations, and sees good governance as a foundation for long-term success.
Throughout her career, Zoe has helped organisations build strong governance frameworks and adopt effective risk management practices that support strategy and vision.
She’s advised on setting up new organisational systems and currently serves on multiple boards. She’s also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Outside of work and volunteering, Zoe values time with family and friends and enjoys staying connected to her community.
