Andrew Langdon brings over two decades of executive leadership to the Waverley Board, with a strong background in general management across engineering, production, and manufacturing industries throughout Australasia.
He has held CEO and Managing Director roles in small to medium enterprises, with a particular focus on technical and safety-related sectors.
Andrew first connected with Waverley as a customer in the mid-1990s and was inspired by the organisation’s mission. That early experience motivated him to contribute more directly, and he now applies his deep understanding of SME challenges and governance to support Waverley’s growth and impact.
Throughout his career, Andrew has served as a director on five boards, three in a professional capacity and two in the not-for-profit sector. His leadership experience spans 25 years, and he’s no stranger to the complexities and responsibilities of being ultimately accountable for an organisation’s direction and success.
Outside of work, Andrew is passionate about travel. He enjoys exploring both Australia and the wider world, learning from the lives and experiences of people in different places and cultures.
